Terms of service
This agreement sets clear expectations for both sides — what you commit to, what we commit to, and how we work together when things go as planned — or don’t.
What You’re Responsible For
You take responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of your actions on Coolmitee. That means:
- Providing current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for every order.
- Promptly updating your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates so we can process transactions and reach you if needed.
- Ensuring you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you allow minor dependents to use this site, you confirm you’ve given explicit consent.
- Using Coolmitee only for lawful purposes — never to violate laws, infringe rights, transmit harmful code, or engage in harassment, fraud, or abuse.
- Accepting full liability for any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms of Service, violation of law, or infringement of someone else’s rights — including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
What We’re Responsible For
CoolmiTee commits to operating the service with care and transparency:
- Hosting our store through Shopify Inc., a trusted e-commerce platform.
- Encrypting your credit card information during transfer over networks.
- Processing your orders using the information you provide — and displaying charges on your credit card statement as ‘forecastg*UK’.
- Governing all services and related agreements in accordance with the laws of the UK.
- Ensuring your submission of personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
- Limiting our liability as permitted by law: we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits or data loss — arising from your use of the service or procurement of products. Where local law prohibits such limitations, our liability is capped at the maximum extent permitted by law.
Where Things Overlap (Shared Obligations)
Some responsibilities apply to both of us — and require mutual attention:
- Accuracy matters. You supply correct details; we rely on them to fulfill orders and communicate effectively.
- Content integrity matters. You agree not to submit misleading, unlawful, or harmful material. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates these standards — without assuming liability for third-party submissions.
- Legal compliance is shared. You must follow applicable laws; we operate under UK jurisdiction and disclose our registered company name: MANNER TRADING CO., LIMITED.
What Happens If Responsibilities Aren’t Met
When either side falls short, consequences follow clearly:
- If you breach these Terms — or we reasonably suspect a breach — we may suspend or restrict access to Forecastg without prior notice.
- If you violate the law or harm others’ rights, you agree to indemnify Forecastg and all associated parties — covering claims, demands, and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
- If we make an error in pricing, description, or availability, we may correct it, update information, or cancel an order — and will notify you at the email or phone number provided at checkout.
How This Agreement Ends
Either party may end this agreement — but obligations survive termination:
- You may stop using Coolmitee at any time.
- We may terminate immediately if you fail — or we suspect failure — to comply with any term. No notice is required.
- Even after termination, you remain responsible for unpaid amounts and any liabilities incurred up to that date.
- Sections covering liability limits, indemnification, governing law, and privacy continue to apply.
Where It Applies & How to Raise Questions
These Terms of Service apply to your use of Forecastg — and to all related services — wherever you are located. They are governed by and interpreted under UK law.
